Terms of Service
Chief helps prepare the work, while the owner keeps control.
These terms explain the basic rules for using Chief Will Do It. They are written to be clear for small
business owners while we continue building the product.

Using Chief
Chief Will Do It is a developing business assistant service. Launch access currently focuses on
Gmail review, Google Calendar briefing counts, editable reply drafts, and explicit owner-approved
Gmail sending. Other features may be previews, planned features, or dependent on provider approval.
Owner Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing Chief's drafts, suggestions, and summaries before relying on
them. Customer-facing replies and bookings should only happen after the owner approves them.
Connected Accounts
Customers are responsible for connecting only accounts they are allowed to use and for keeping those
connected accounts accurate. This may include email, calendar, phone, text, voicemail, and related
business tools.
Acceptable Use
Chief should be used for legitimate business communication. Customers should not use Chief to send
spam, unlawful messages, misleading content, or messages to people who should not be contacted.
Texting and Consent
Customers are responsible for having proper permission to text people and for honoring opt-out
requests. Texting features may require carriers, Twilio, or other providers to approve business
messaging registration before messages can be delivered.
When a customer opts in to Chief account texts, Chief may send recurring setup confirmations,
account updates, and selected Good Morning or Good Night briefings. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition
of purchase.
Billing and Trials
Paid plans may start with a 10-day free trial after Stripe confirms a payment method. Unless canceled
before the trial ends, the selected monthly or yearly subscription begins automatically. Customers can
manage cards, cancellations, and plan changes through Stripe's secure billing portal.
Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically erase account data or reverse prior charges.
Customers should contact Support promptly about billing errors or account-data requests.
Service Changes
Chief Will Do It may update features, pricing, setup steps, or connected tool support as the product
improves. We will try to keep customer-facing information clear when important changes happen.
No Perfect Guarantee
Chief is built to help owners save time, but AI-generated drafts and summaries can be incomplete or
incorrect. Customers should review important messages, appointments, prices, and decisions before
taking action.
