Access can be removed
If a customer changes their mind, connected tools can be disconnected so Chief no longer has access.

Card updates, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing changes are handled through Stripe's secure checkout and billing tools.
Private customer conversations
Chief is built around business communication. Message summaries and draft replies should only be used to serve that customer.
Clear account controls
Customers can disconnect tools, manage billing, and decide when Chief should keep watching their business communication. Customer sessions expire, and secure one-hour password-reset links invalidate older sessions after use.
